How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Record a video showing the damage within 24 hours of receiving your parcel

Step 3: Our team will review the video and approve/reject your return request

Step 4: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions

⚠️ Claims after 24 hours will NOT be accepted

⚠️ Returns are limited to damaged products only — normal wear, change of mind, or size/color issues are not eligible

⚠️ Video evidence is mandatory — returns without video proof cannot be processed
